Coming from the historic centre of Venice, San Giuliano is the first place on the mainland after crossing Ponte della Libertà and looks out over the new San Giuliano Park and the Venice Lagoon. The historic centre of Mestre (Piazza Ferretto and Piazza Barche) can be reached in just a few minutes along Via Forte Marghera and the pedestrian and cycle track along Viale San Marco.

Public transport in this area is excellent. The hotel will be located on the Venice - Airport and Venice - Mestre routes, and connections are shortly to be improved with the new Mestre-Venice tram. Roading is currently being changed. A new roundabout and slipway tunnel under construction will considerably ease traffic flow.
