Our cuisine is undoubtedly the expression of our territory, thanks to the talent and dedication of our Chef Alberto Cornacchia and his staff. Its origin comes from the fusion of two cultures: Venetian culture, characterised by dishes based on fish from the lagoon and vegetables from the islands, and the peasant culture of the Treviso hills characterised by seasonal early produce such as mushrooms, typical local cheeses and poultry with strong flavours like goose or duck. We mustn't forget Treviso's finest dessert: Tiramisu.
